Location: From Mount Vernon (17 miles west of Evansville on SR 62) take SR 69 south. Take a right turn at the Hovey Lake Fish and Wildlife Area on CR 1500S, then 1 and a third miles to where the road curves left; go straight instead of curving and continue until you reach CR 400 west. Take 400W north (right) and the Preserve is on your left.
Description: Not Visited. 520 acres of cypress swamp. Apparently no boardwalks or trails. I need a report from this section of the state.
