Tribbet Woods

Location: From I-65 and SR 250, take 250 west to CR 700W; turn left and go to CR 750S; turn right, go half a mile, and the preserve is on your left.

Description: Not Visited. 33 acres of old growth woods, including some huge beech and oak. Usually quiet, except for occasional rabid Star Trek fans who think it is called "Tribble" Woods. No trails.

Nearby Points of Interest: Guthrie Woods, Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge, Jackson-Washington and Clark State Forests, Clifty Falls State Park.

Cautions: Don't argue with the Trekkies over the relative merits of Captain Kirk and Captain Picard.
