Location: From Angola, take US 20 west. After about 15 miles turn left (south) onto 525E, then right (west) onto 100S. Look for the Maple Wood Nature Center entrance on your left. Trails start in the county's preserve and cross into ACRES' preserve.
Description: 37 acres; adjoins the 92-acre Lagrange County Nature Preserve. maintains both preserves. The main parking lot is on the county's side and trails cross back and forth between the two properties as if they were one property. It is known for its large-flowered trillium and other wildflowers.
