Location: From Delphi, take State Road 25 north to the town of Burrows; just past Burrows, turn left (north) on County Road 100E. Follow this road past the Cass County Line where it turns into CR 700, and then jogs to the right and becomes CR 675. About 3.25 miles from the county line you come to the first part of the property, on your left bordering the Wabash River for about a mile. To get to the other part, keep going on 675 until it turns into West South River Road, follow this until the intersection with CR 600 and turn right (south); the property will be on the right.
Description: A 1-1/4 mile long strip (about 24 acres) along the Wabash River between Cass County's South River Road and the river. Nice views of the river. The other parcel (about 22 acres) is a wet area with limestone underlay that is being restored as a fen.
