Edna L. Young, 82, Buffalo, died Thursday, October 28, at Home Hospital, Lafayette.

She was born Dec. 30, 1916, to William Clinton and Emma Jane Cape Frazier in Indianapolis. She was married Feb. 9,1966, to Harris R. Young, in Lebanon. He died August 13, 1985.

She had lived in Indianapolis most of her life. She was a production inspector for Mallory, retiring in 1966 after 26 1/2 years.

She was a member of the Christian Church in Indianapolis.

Surviving are a stepson, Michael Young of Seattle, Washington and several nieces and nephews.

A brother and sister are deceased.

Funeral services were Sunday at Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Monticello, with the Rev. Alvin Rockey officiating.

Burial was in the Buffalo Cemetery.
