E. Alan Yeager, 47. of Lafayette. died early Wednesday, March 3. 1999 in St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

He was born May 28, 1951 in Lafayette and spent most of his life in the area. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1969, received his bachelor's degree from Wabash College and earned a master's degree in education from Butler University.

He was a psychologist with the Logansport School Corporation for 14 years.

He was a member of the First Christian Church, Monon Summertime Players Theater Group, Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and was an active Wabash Alumnus.

Survivors include a son, Joshua Yeager of Indianapolis, his mother Betty Yeager of Lafayette and a brother, David Yeager of Delphi.

Funeral services were at the Hippensteel Funeral Home in Lafayette on Saturday with burial in Spring Vale Cemetery.
