Clarence L. Wilson, 84, of Lee Community died Sunday, September 26, 2004 in Jasper County Memorial Hospital. He had been in ill health for the past year.
He was born November 17, 1919, in Pulaski County, the son of General Hilton and Nora Byroad Wilson.
He married Ada Brandenburg on February 15, 1941 in Rensselaer. The couple had celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary in February. She survives.
A retired farmer, he had lived in the Lee area most of his life.
He was a member of the Monon United Methodist Church.
Also surviving is [sic] one daughter, Martha Ann Glinski of Kouts and one sister, Minerva Kratz of Oak Harbor, Ohio. He had 2 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
One son, James Robert Wilson, one brother, and one great-granddaughter are deceased.
Friends may call at the Kellogg Funeral Home in Monon from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight (Wednesday).
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the Kellogg Funeral Home with Pastor Mathew Pickut officiating.
Burial will be in Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.
