Bonnie I. Wheeldon, 76, Monon, died at White Co. Memorial Hospital at 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6. She had been in ill health for the past 3 years.

She was born Nov. 26, 1910 in Chalmers, Ind., the daughter of Thomas and Salina Butler Harris. She married Virgil Wheeldon, May 15, 1929. He died Nov. 22, 1975.

A housewife and lifetime resident of Monon area, she was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include 5 sons; Dave Wheeldon, Lafayette; Virgil Wheeldon, Monon; Wayne Wheeldon; Monticello; Theodore Wbeeldon, Kentland and John Wheeldon, Brookston and one daughter Sylvia Bringhurst, Flora. Two sisters, Mary Neil Klink, Chalmers and Alice Horsewood, Monticello, also survive along with 15 grand and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 today at the Stewart-Kellogg Funeral Home in Monon, with Rev John Hall officiating. Burial will be in Bedford Cemetery.
