Louise H. Ward

Louise H. (Klinkhamer) Ward, 81, Monticello, formerly of Wolcott, died Monday, May 4, at Twin Lakes Village in Monticello. She had been a resident there since 1994.

She was born July 29, 1916, to John and Mable Buskirk Klinkhamer near Badger Grove in Prairie Township in Wbite
County.

She was married May 1,1933, to Robert E. Ward, in Rensselaer. He survives.

She was a member of the Wolcott Baptist Church and had worked at the Indiana Ribbon Factory for 10 years and at Tn-County School Corp. for 13 years.

Surviving along with her husband are 6 sons and 3 daughters; Robert Ward, Jr., Monticello; Charles Ward, Monon;  Donald Ward, Monticello; Fred Ward, Chalmers; Joe Ward, Monticello; Rick Ward, Massachusetts; Mrs Dick (Ella) Bulington, Kentland; Mrs Robert (Judy) Waymouth, of Walton and Mrs Ed (Joan) Mitchell, Monticello. A sister,
Mrs Louella Blackwell also survives.

She had 23 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildred and 9 step-grandchildren.

A brother, son and great grandchild preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Thursday, May 7 at 2 p.m. in Hartzler Funeral home, Brookston with Rev David Vanarnan officiating.

Burial will he in Meadow Lake Cemetery.

Friends may call at Hartzler Funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 6th.

Memorials may be given to Wolcott Baptist Church or your favorite charity.
