Hayden James Ward, infant, died Thursday, October 6, 2005 at Home Hospital, Lafayette.

He was born at Lafayette on October 6, 2005, to James Eric and Tarah (Maye) Ward. They survive.

Other survivors include infant sister, Hayley S. Ward at home; grandparents, Deb (Rob) Long, Reynolds, Yvonne (Anthony) Pylant, Lafayette and Jim Ward of Kokomo; great-grandmother, Zora Reynolds of Kentland; several aunts, uncles and cousins, [sic]
