Ruth Ann Van Liew

Ruth Ann Van Liew, 48, Monon, died June 27 at her home.

She was born Aug. 15, 1952, to Denny J. and Anna Mildred Moore Hartwell, in South Charleston, West Virginia.

She was a resident of Monon for 14 years and had also lived in Lathyette and Thayer.

She was a machine operator at Dwyer Instruments in Wolcott for 13 years.

She graduated from Ivy Tech as a legal secretary. She was a member of the Fellowship of Living Hope.

She is survived by sons, Donald Van Liew of Vincennes, Dan Van Liew of Elkhart and John (friend — Janey) Van Liew of Lafayette; daughters, Donna (Joseph) Musenbrock of Boswell and Ann (Jeff) Cobb of Remington; grandchildren, Bryce, Brent, Bradley and Breann Cobb of Remington; brothers, Walt (Lois) Hartwell of Brook, Dan Hartwell of Charleston, W.Va.; Charlie (Sharon) Hartwell, Monon, Paul (Denise) Hartwell, Rensselaer and Roger Hartwell, San Francisco, Calif.; sisters, Judy (Jim) Taylor, Remington; Brenda (Dave) Robling, Reynolds; Debbie (Rob) Long, Reynolds; Rose Hartwell, Reynolds; Joni (Don) Fritz, Atlanta, Ga.; Jane Myers, Remington; and Cathy Whicker, Monon.

Her father and mother are deceased.

Services were held at the Jackson Funeral Chapel in Rensselaer, Monday, with the Rev. Ed Bontreger officiating.

Burial was in Oakland Cemetery, Morocco.
