Eileen C. Tebo

Eileen C. Tebo, 81, of Monon, died Saturday, December 25, 2OO4, at the Riley Residence Hospice of Calumet Area-Munster.

She was born on November 17, 1923 to Loren and Dorothy Schmidt Courtright.

She married Richard A. Tebo on October 4, 1947 in Rensselaer. He died December 17, 2003.

She was a graduate of Hammond High School and a 1945 graduate of St. Margret Hospital School of Nursing in Hammond.

She was a registered nurse, and retired from the Hammond Clinic in 1984.

She worked for Dr. Beaver in Rensselaer and had lived in Monon since 1984, moving there from Hammond.

She was a member of the Monon United Methodist Church.

Survivors inc1ude a daughter, Candice (Mark) Knauss of Schererville, sisters Helen (Ralph) Cox of Mint Hill, N.C. and Minnie Hayes of Vacaville, Calif., and grandchildren Joseph, Kelly, Emerson and Chloe.

Brothers Loren and Lemar Courtright are deceased.

Funeral services were Tuesday at Kellogg Funeral Home in Monon with Pastor Mathew Pickut officiating.

Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Kentland.
