Waldo V. "Mike" Stiller, 82, of Monticello died Friday, December 10, 2004 at White County Memorial Hospital. He had been ill for two weeks.
He was born at Francesville on February 22, 1922 to Frank E. and Anna Maxwell Stiller. He married Ruth M. Jones at Rensselaer on November 18, 1942. She survives.
He was a CPL with the military police in the Air Force during World War II.
He was a service station owner/operator for 40 years.
He worked at Gutwein Motors for seven years.
He was a North White School Corporation school bus driver for 43 years.
He served on the Monon Volunteer Fire Department for 30 years.
Other survivors include daughter, Cheryl (Roger) Kinney of Advance, N.C.; son Mick (Celeste) Stiller of Indianapolis; sister, Clam Madaus of Plymouth; and four grandchildren.
Four sisters and three brothers are deceased.
Funeral services were Monday at Kellogg Funeral Home in Monon with Rev. James Copeland officiating.
Burial was at Roseland Cemetery in Francesville.
