Jane Stiller, 81, of Wolcott, died January 9, 2002, at her residence.
She was born at Rolling Prairie on July 30, 1920, to Myron L. and Gertrude F. Kein Rogers. She married Raymond Stiller in LaPorte on January 26, 1940. He died Aug. 7, 1982.
She was a graduate of Rolling Prairie High School. She attended Purdue University and graduated from St. Joseph College, Rensselaer in 1980.
She had lived in Wolcott since 1963.
She was a homemaker and was director of the Wolcott Public Library for 20 years. She had also worked at the Thayer Ribbon Factory in Wolcott for several years. She was a member of the Wolcott United Methodist Church.
She was a member of the Wolcott Lions Club, the Wolcott Women's Club and the Tuesday Night Gang Club of Wolcott.
Survivors include sons, Roger Stiller of Graham, Wash. And Keith Stiller of Middletown; a brother, Howard Rogers of Edwardsburg, Mich.; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services were at Kellogg Funeral Home, Monon with Pastor Jim Childress officiating.
Burial was in Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.
Memorials may be made to the Wolcott Lions Club or the Wolcott Untied [sic] Methodist Church.
