Esther J. Siuba, 79, of Monon, died Friday, August 15, 2003 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette.
She was born May 29, 1924, in Chicago, to Joseph and Helen Miszewski Pieczynski. She married to [sic] John Siuba, who is deceased.
She was a volunteer worker for the White Mental Health Care Center.
She was a member of the Monticello Senior Citizens, AARP, Charity Circle for Monticello Christian Church, the Twin Lakes Senior Citizen Center and the Lake Ladies Luncheon Club.
Survivors include two sons, Martin Siuba and George (Katie) Siuba; three daughters Helene (Robert) Mehok, Jean (Stuart) Steffan and Theresa Mae McVay; and eight grandchildren.
Her husband and brothers Dominic Pieczynski, Harry Pieczynski and Benny Pieczynski are deceased.
Funeral services were Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at Opyt Funeral Home, Chicago, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.
