Frank F. Schwartz Sr., 93, a retired farmer, died Wednesday, June 1, at 8:50 p.m. in St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Delphi, where he had been a patient since Feb. 18,  1987.

Mr  Schwartz  formerly lived at 107 N. Wood Street. He was born June 3,1894 in Tippecanoe County. He married Della Morgan, Aug. 29, 1916 in Monticello. She survives and is a resident of St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

He was a 72-year member of Brookston IOOF Lodge 164.

Surviving with his wife are a son, Bob Schwartz, Delphi; and five daughters, Mrs Ruth Robertson, Mrs Carol Davis and Mrs Betty Monnett, all of Brookston, Mrs Bud (Jean) Monnett, Monticello and Mrs Dave (Jan) Morton, Orlando, Florida.  Also surviving are 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by  a son, Frank Jr., 1 brother, 1 sister.

Service was in Hartzler Chapel, Brookston, Saturday at 10 a.m., with the Rev Maurice Davis officiating  Interment was in IOOF Cemetery, Brookston.
