Made C. Viellieber Schott, 96, formerly of 10064 N. County Road 450 W., West Lafayette, died Monday, April 9, at 8:25 p.m. in Rensselaer Care Center. She had been a patient there since April 4.

She born Nov. 13, 1893, in Elgin, Illinois. and moved to Rensselaer last July.

She was a member of Badger Grove Community Baptist Church, Loyal Friendship Sunday School class and Round Grove Home Demonstration Club.

She was married Dec. 31, 1914, to Charles Schott, in Wolcott. He died Nov. 10, 1969.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Marjorie Primeau, Rensselaer, and two sisters, Miss Rose Viellieber and Miss Emma Viellieber, both of Elgin.

Also, surviving are 5 grand children, 11 great grandchildren. Two brothers, and a sister preceded in death.

The service was Thursday, at 10:30 a.m. in the Badger Grove Community Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bill Radcliffe officiating.

Burial was in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette.

Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston, was in charge of the service.
