Michael D. Richardson

Michael D. Richardson, 33, 504 E. 11th St., Brookston, died Monday, Sept. 17, at 6:41 a.rn. in St Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette. He had been in failing health since June and hospitalized since September 5.

He was born April 5, 1957, to Donald and Eva Alvarada Richardson, in Lafayette. They survive and live in Battle Ground  He was married Dec. 20, 1976, to Pamela Taskey, who survives.

He had lived in Brookston for 13 years and was a 1976 graduate of Harrison High School, Lafayette. He was employed at Cargill in Lafayette, for 15 years.

He was a coach for the Brookston Little Gridiron league for five years and the Girls Frontier Summer Softball league, for five years. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge in Lafayette. He was baptized in the Methodist Church.

Surviving with his wife and parents are three daughters, Jessica, 14, Erica, 12 and Monica, 9, all at home; one son, Dustin, 6, at home; a brother, Clayton and a sister, Anna, both of Battle Ground; and paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Kenneth Richardson, Lafayette.

The funeral was conducted today at 11 a.m. in Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston, with the Rev. Gene Ansell officiating.

Burial was in Battle Ground Cemetery.
