Wilma E. "Willie" Rauer, 81, Reynolds, died Friday, Feb. 22, at 7:37 a.m. in White County Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 24, 1920, to William and Mary Allee Koebcke, in Francesville. She was married May 26, 1950, to Stanley G. Rauer at Reynolds. He died October 14, 1972.

She was raised in the Francesville area and graduated from Francesville High School when she was 16 years old.

She had worked at Skelgas in Reynolds, retiring in 1984.

She was a member of the Reynolds United Methodist Church.

She was a member of Women of the Moose, American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries, all of Monticello.

Survivors include daughters, Karen Mathew and Pam Bair, both of Reynolds; a son, Fred (Lisa) Rauer, Wolcott; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Services were Monday at the Miller-Roscka Funeral Home with the Rev. Bryan L. Ton officiating.

Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the White County Council on Aging or the Reynolds United Methodist Church.
