Dorothy I. Quade, 85, of Monon died December 22, 2003 in Regency Place at Lafayette.

She was born August 7, 1918, in White County. She married Ross R. Quade on December 11, 1942 in Monticello. He preceded her in death on March 9, 1993.

She had lived in Monon all her married life.

She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed gardening.

Surviving are a daughter, Rena (Jim) Baldwin of Lafayette; two sisters, Juanita Houser of Ft. Wayne and Laura (Harold) Monnot of Peru, Indiana; five brothers, Woodrow Nine and Glen (Phyllis) Nine of Ft Wayne, Ind., Paul (Jeanet) Nine, John (Delores) Nine and Ernest (Judy) Nine all of Roanoke.
