Roy A. Perry

Roy A. Perry, 95, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Hope Hospice, Fort Myers, Fla. He had been ill for two weeks.

He was born at Scottsburg, Ind., on March 6, 1910, to Louis and Anna (Hans) Perry.

He married Ellouise [sic] Siela at Remington on December 29, 1932. She is deceased.

He had lived in the White County area most of his life.

He was a 1929 graduate of Round Grove High School.

He was a farmer and worked at Bryan Manufacturing, Ross Gear and TRW of Lafayette.

He was a member of the Monon United Methodist Church.

Survivors include sons, Roy Dean (Theresa) Perty of Crystal City, MO., Glenn Dale (Carole) Perry of Monon, and Marvin Kay (Pauletta) Perry of Royal Center; daughter, Gloria Sue Suhr of N. Fort Myers, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; thee [sic] great-great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and one grandchild are deceased.

Funeral services were Saturday at Kellogg Funeral Home with Pastor Mathew Pickut officiating.

Burial was in Bedford Cemetery.
