Infant Carlitos Daniel Alfaro Orellana died at birth on Thursday, February 8, 2001 at White County Memorial Hospital, Monticello.

His parents are Jose Alfaro and Delia Orellana.

He is survived by his father, Jose Alfaro of Monon; his mother Delia Orellana de Alfaro of Monon; brothers Yaki Viadimiro Alfaro, Wilber Jeovani Alfaro Orellana and Jose Jonaton Alfaro Orellana, all at home in Monon; a sister Diana Carolina Alfaro Orellana, at home in Monon.

Graveside services were Friday at Riverview IOOF Cemetery, Monticello.
