Jessica Nichole Oliver, 17, of Chalmers died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Wishard Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis of injuries she sustained in a car accident on 1-65 on Tuesday, March 22.

She was born September 1, 1987 at Lafayette.

She graduated from Frontier Elementary School and was currently a junior at Frontier High School.

She was a member of the Sunshine Society.

She loved basketball, bowling, poetry, Mustang cars and being with her friends.

Survivors include her mother, Anita (John) Goodman of Chalmers, father, David C. (Denise) Oliver, at home; brother, Joshua Oliver, at home; step-sisters, Courtney and Kylie Goodman and Tiffany Hutchins; step-brothers, Gabriel Goodman and Tommy Hutchins; grandparents, Perry and Alecia Hughes, Bob and Carolyn Oliver and Terry Johnson; great-grandmothers, Garnett Hughes and Allie Johnson.

Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. today at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home in Brookston and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Frontier High School. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the high school with the Rev. Carl Ferguson officiating.

Burial will be at the Chalmers Community Cemetery.
