Catherine Elizabeth Neihouser, 93, of Francesville, Wednesday, January 3, 2001 at Pulaski Memorial Hospital at Winamac.

The daughter of John and Mary (Pelsy) Wuethrich, she was born October 23, 1907 at Roanoke, Ill., and resided in Francesville area the past ninety.

She married Pierre Neihouser on January 1, 1933 in Francesville. He died in July 1992.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church for 79 years.

Surviving are seven children; Perry (Sally) Neihouser of Francesville, Yvonne (Carl) Gutwein of Monon, Andre (Lois) Neihouser of Francesville, Renee (Walter) Sinn of Haviland, OH, Marie (Akito) Inoue of Tokyo, Japan, Marcelle (Ron) Gress of Carmel, and Sharon Neihouser of Francesville.

Two brothers, John and Leon Wuethrich, both of Francesville and five sisters; Minerva Wuethrich and Marie Heinold, both of Francesville, Bernice Houk of Flossmore, IL, Nancy Klopfenstein and Leo and Margorie Hess of Valparaiso.

She had 21 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.

Two brothers, one sister one grandson and one granddaughter preceded her in death.

Funeral services were at the Apostolic Christian Church with ministers of the church officiating. Querry-Ulbricht Funeral Home was in charge.
