Minnie D. Nagle, 89, Brookston, died Thursday, June [i.e., July] 10 at 9:05 a.m., in St. Mary Healthcare Center, Lafayette.

She was born Nov. 26, 1913, at Tompkinsville, Kentucky. She later moved to Brookston, where she lived most of her life.

She was married, December 8, 1967, to John Nagle in Florida. He died December 11, 1982.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Brookston Federated Church.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking and shopping.

Survivors include a son, Hugh Cain, Lafayette; a brother, Morris (Linda) Dodson and a sister, Bonzie Boyls, both of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.

Several brothers and sisters are deceased.

Services were held privately by the family.

Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home, Brookston was in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
