Isaac "Cosby" McFall, 77, R.2, Horseshoe Bend, Brookston, died Sunday, March 31, at 12:20 p.m. Home Hospital, Lafayette, following emergency surgery.
He was born Aug. 17, 1913, to John and Magnolia Carter McFall in Hawesville, Ky. He was married Oct. 23, 1931, to Lula K. Stockhoe at Cannelton and she survives.
For 17 years he lived in Horseshoe Bend area, after moving there from Brookston.
He worked from 1955-75 as custodian at Purdue, before his retirement.
Survivors include a son, Larry, R.2, Horseshoe Bend, Brookston; three daughters, Mrs Charle (Phyllis) Giarratna, Tom's River N.J.; Mrs Hurl (Marcella) Gregory, Lafayette and Mrs John (Brenda) Bower, Lexington, Ill.; two brothers, James, Boonville and Norman, Memphis, Tenn.; two half brothers, William Jennings and Lomax Jennings, both of Buffaloville; two half sisters, Mrs Ella Mae Palmer and Mrs Catherine Meyers, both of Buffaloville; a stepsister, Margaret Jennings, Owensboro, Ky.; 14 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Two brothers are deceased.
The funeral was Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston.
Burial was in lOOF Cemetery, Brookston.
