Estelle McElfresh, 74, Rensselaer, died Saturday, April 27, in Jasper Co. Hospital.

She was born Nov. 22, 1916, in Tompkinsville, Ky. She was married Feb. 21, 1948, to Edward Leroy McElfresh, in Lebanon. He died July 1, 1967.

She moved to Rensselaer in 1948 where she worked at Schumacher Electric Co. as a supervisor. She retired after 22 years.

She was a member of the First Christian Church, Rensselaer.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs John (Loretta) Peck, Winter Haven, Fla.; three sons, Dean McElfresh, Hebron and Robert McElfresh and Joseph McElfresh, both of Rensselaer; two brothers, Runnell Clay and Hugh Sims;. and a sister Mrs Clennan (Nina) Cain, Brookston,

Service was Wednesday in Rensselaer.
