Gerald H. Mathew, Jr. 47, of Cheyenne, WY, formerly of Reynolds, died Saturday, January 9, 1999 in United Medical Center West, Cheyenne, WY.

He was born June 1, 1951 in Lafayette, IN the son of Gerald H. Sr., and Marilyn Hilton Mathew who survive along with a son Derick Mathew and a daughter, Natalie Mathew both of Cheyenne.

Other survivors include a granddaughter, four sisters, Trina Zapata of Oklahoma, Teresa Onken of Michigan, Taina Fisher of Lafayette, IN and one brother Scott Mathew of Monon, IN.

He had lived in Cheyenne for 27 years.

He was a 1969 graduate of North White High School.  He was a surveyor for the Wyoming State Highway Dept. for 18 years.  He served in the United States Air Force.

Funeral serivces will be at Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home in Monticello on Friday, January 15, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard E. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Rivervicw lOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday
