Glen E. Malchow, 67, of Monticello died August 26, 2001 at his residence.

He was born in Pulaski County on January 6, 1934 to Harry F. and Marie 0. Westfall Malchow. He married Shirley J. Rance in Monticello on January 6, 1988. She survives.

He was a 1952 graduate of Francesville High School.

He lived in White County since 1954.

He was a member of the United Church of Christ in Francesville.

He is survived by three stepsons, Timothy Hickman of San Antonio, Texas, Joseph Hernandez of Monticello and Ronald Hernandez of Lebanon; two stepdaughters, Tammy Hernandez of Lebanon and Cindy Taylor of Noblesville; a brother Paul Malchow of Francesville; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Two daughters, Glenda Maichow and Sabrina Malchow, a son Kevin Malchow, and a sister Gloria Malchow are deceased.

The funeral was August 29, 2001 at Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home with Rev. James Copeland officiating.

Burial was in Riverview IOOF Cemetery, Monticello.
