Kathleen M. Lindsey

Kathleen M. Lindsey, 33, of Buffalo died Tuesday, April 6, 2004, at White County Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Chicago on November 10, 1970, to John Edward and Shirley J. (Lyons) Barrett of Monon. She married Johnny Ray Lindsey of Chicago on August 4, 1996. He survives.

She was a 1988 graduate of Lourdes High School in Chicago. She was a homemaker.

She had lived in White County since 1996, coining from Chicago.

Other survivors include daughter, Brittney Barrett of Buffalo; son, Charles H. Lindsey of Buffalo; mother Shirley J. (Lyons) Barrett of Monon; grandparents, Joseph and Lillian Lyons of Brookfield, Ill.; brother, Joseph (Charisse) Barrett of Tinley Park, IL; sisters, Norreen (Garry) Knight of Kissimmee, Fla., Debra Barrett of Midlothian, Ill., Linda Marquez of Buffalo, Karen Dignin of Monon, Diane (Brandon) Jurs of Merrillville, and Sherri (Tom) Johns of Monon; several nieces and nephews and lifelong friend Dawn McNamara.

Her father John Edward Barrett is deceased.

Funeral services were Saturday at the Buffalo Christian Church with Pastor Gregg Nydegger officiating.

Burial was in Chapel Cemetery, near Monon.
