Helen Martin Lank, 77, formerly of Brookston, died unexpectedly Sunday, Feb. 3, in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Lafayette, where she was a patient for one day.
She moved from Brookston, to the Indiana Pythian Home, Lafayette, in 1986.
She was born June 19, 1913, to William M. and Eva R. Tull Martin, in Brookston. She married March 19, 1932, to Edwin Spiller Lank in Battle Ground. He died April 2, 1979.
She attended Brookston schools and the Brookston Federated Church.
She worked at the Brookston Canning Factory and the Indiana Veterans Home, West Lafayette, In the laundry department.

West Lafayette and Mrs. Alice Wolfe, Indianapolis; 31 grandchildren; 54
great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. A brother and
a sister are deceased.
The funeral was Tuesday, in Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookson, the Rev. Ralph Smith officiating.
Burial was in IOOF Cemetery at Brookston.
