George M. Klink
George Michael Klink, 68, of West Lebanon, Indiana died Wednesday, January 1, 2003, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born January 22, 1934, in Chalmers and spent his early life in the Chalmers community, graduating from Chalmers High School in 1952.
His marriage was to Marilyn A. Vogel on June 8, 1957, in Remington. She survives.
Mr. Klink served in the Indiana National Guard from 1952 until 1958. He farmed in White County until he moved to his present farm south of Lebanon in 1959. He was a livestock and grain producer.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon. He enjoyed reading and sports.
Surviving beside his wife are six children. Michael S. Klink, Suzanne M. Barkley, and Timothy J. Klink of Lafayette, John A. Klink of Cypress, Texas, and Thomas D. Klink of Plymouth, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Mary Alice) Mellon of Monticello and Dorothy M. Klink of Venice, Florida.
Also surviving are twelve grandchildren.
Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lebanon with Rev. Anthony Levi officiating on Saturday, January 4, 2003.
Interment was in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lebanon.
