Sandra S. Blackwell Kellogg, 61 of Indianapolis, and formerly of Muncie, died Friday, February 14, 2003 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Indianapolis, grew up in Muncie, attended Muncie Central High School, and lived in Muncie until 1973, when her husband rejoined the Army and they lived in various locations in the United States until moving to Indianapolis in July after his retirement.
Surviving are her husband, Jack Kellogg; two sons, Dwight Kellogg, Ashville, N.C. and Curtis (Suzanne) Kellogg, Ft. Sill, Oklahoma; two daughters, Sharon Schaertl, Shortsville, New York and Jacquelyn Kellogg, Canandaigua, New York; and four grandchildren, Amber, Bryan, Bethany and Anthony, all of Shortsville, New York.
Her father, Earl Blackwell; her mother, Betty Grover; two brothers, Joseph Earl and Jan David Blackwell; and a sister Sharon Blackwell preceded her in death.
Services are at 1:30 this afternoon in The Meeks Mortuary Chapel with burial in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
