Jessica Nichole Keen, 16 month old daughter of Richard and Rhonda Parr Keen, 1003 Armory Rd., Delphi, died at 5 p.m., Friday, in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. She was injured in an automobile accident Friday morning north of Logansport.

She was born July 26, 1988, in Lafayette.

Besides her parents, survivors include a brother, Matthew Richard Keen, at home; maternal grandparents, David and Catherine Parr, Brookston and Stan Braden, Burrows; maternal great grandparents, Mary Jackson, Borden and Marjorie Parr, Brookston; paternal grand mother, Sandy Keen, Delphi; and paternal great grandmother, Frances Dubea, Goodland.

The funeral was conducted Tuesday, Dec. 19, in Horn Funeral Home, Delphi, with the Rev Donald Hardebeck officiating.

Burial was in IOOF Cemetery, Brookston.
