Henrietta "Babe" Kassabaum, 86, formerly of Brookston, died March 30, in Skill Nursing Home in McAllen, Texas, where she had been a patient for four years. She lived in San Benito, Texas.

She was born April 29, 1905, in Badger Grove Community and had lived in Texas, since 1929. She married Carl Kassabaum, Feb. 14, 1927, in Chalmers. He died in 1962.

Surviving are two sons: Bob Kassabaum, Albuquerque, N.M. and Kenneth Kassabaum, Atlanta,
Texas; a daughter, Flora Spiecer, Alamo, Texas and a sister, Mrs Olive Holwerda. Brookston.

Funeral services and burial was in San Benito, Texas.
