Helen Mary Johnson, 82, Monon, died Sunday, April 25. at White Co. Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 21, 1916, to Peter and Matilda Becker, in Pulaski County. She was married May 2, 1938 to John Paul Johnson in San Pierre and he died May 8, 1988.

She was a homemaker and worked at Bryan Manufacturing for 28 years. She also worked at Schumacher Electric in Rensselaer.

She was a member of St Frances Catholic Church in Francesville.

She is survived by a daughter Judy Pass of Goodland; brothers, Gene Becker and Jack Becker, both of Winamac; Clem Becker of Medaryville; Carl Becker of Ft Wayne and Tom Becker of South Bend; sisters, JoAnn Beeler of Mishawaka and Pauline Fitz of Winamac; two granddaughters and four grandsons.

A son, two brothers and two sisters are deceased

Funeral service was Tuesday at Kellogg Funeral Home with the Rev Paul White officiating

Burial was in Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
