Anne Harrington Horton, 17, of Monon died Friday, June 28, 2002 in White County Memorial Hospital following an automobile accident.

She was born June 6, 1985, in Lafayette to Richard G. and Margaret Moore Horton.

She was a junior at North White High School, where she was in volved in National Honor Society, Sunshine Society, Yearbook Staff, Spanish Club, and the track and cross-country teams.

She lived in the community all her life, and attended First Presbyterian Church in Monticello.

She worked at the Indiana Beach Skyroom during summers. Her hobbies included playing the piano, drawing and painting.

Surviving are her parents, of Monon; brother Samuel M. Horton of Indianapolis; sister Sarah M. Horton of Indianapolis; and paternal grandmother, Marilyn H. Horton of Monon.

Funeral Services were Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church in Monticello, with Rev. Bruce Hurley officiating. Kellogg Funeral Home was in charge of the service.

Memorials may be made to the Presbyterian (C.I.A.) youth group, or the White County Community Foundation Anne H. Horton Fund.
