David D. Hornback

David Delos Hornback, 62, of Winamac, died Thursday, April 15, 2004 at his residence.

He was born April 29, 1941 in Monon to James Willard and Fanny Isabelle Pass Hornback, Sr.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

Formerly residing in Medaryville, Monon and Oregon, he was a retired truck driver. Survivors include daughter Shane (Mike) Powell of Wolcott, sons Rodney (Vivian) and Jarret (Kim) Hornback, both of Monon and eight grandchildren.

Also surviving are three sisters, Jeannie (Ken) Winebrenner of Corydon, Mary Lou (Don) Rutledge of Delphi, and Cindy (Ron) Rutledge of Beaverton, Oregon, one brother James Hornback of Mesa, Arizona, and several nieces and nephews.

No visitation was scheduled and private services will be held later.

Frain Mortuary, Inc., of Winamac was in charge of arrangements.
