Alma May Holzwarth, 94, of Monticello, died Friday, June 18, 2004 at Monticello Healthcare Center.
She was born at Hammond on December 7, 1909 to Charles and Martha Brown Lange.
She married Ernest F. Holzwarth in Hammond on June 25, 1941. He died on May 28, 1985. She had lived in the Hammond area most of her life. She had lived in the Monticello community for the past three and one-half years.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour in Monticello.
Survivors include a daughter Edna Carter of Buffalo, a son, Phillip Holzwarth of Winamac and several nieces and nephews.
Three sisters and two brothers are deceased.
Funeral services were Wednesday at the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour with Rev. William Parsons, III officiating.
