Frank E. Hicks

Frank E. Hicks, 68 [sic], Monticello, died Tuesday, February 15, 2005, at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, following a brief illness.

He was born at Dahlgren, Ill., November 3, 1916, to Alouzo and Lydia (Hart) Hicks.

He was the manager of Indiana Hicksgas Co., which he started in 1950.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda L. Hicks of Columbus, Ohio; a sister, Nettie Taylor of Paxton, Ill.; step-granddaughter, Denise (Jeff) Culver of Brookston; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Coraellen Hicks, who died in 1964, and Mary May Hicks who died in 2002. A daughter, Sandra Sue Hicks, and a son, Len Franklin Hicks, are also deceased.

At his request, there was no service.
