Janet Lorean Haysley, 57, of Monticello, died Friday, January 30, 2004, at White County Memorial Hospital.

She was born at Lee on April 1, 1946, to Lyal R. and Loretta Warraw Bulington. She married Francis Haysley at Monticello on March 3, 1986. He survives.

Other survivors include brothers, Joseph F. Bulington of Illinois, David W. Bulington of Iowa, Donald R. Bulington of Missouri, Ronald R Bulington of Florida, and William G. Bulington and Clyde E. Bulington, both of Monon; a sister, Karen Bulington of Michigan; and several stepbrothers and stepsisters.

Brothers, Lyal Ray Bulington, Jr., and John D. Bulington, and stepbrother are deceased.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
