Kathleen Faye "Katie" Haskins, 4, of Monon died Thursday, December 14, 2000 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born November 11, 1996 in Jacksonville North Carolina the daughter of Kenneth and Erin Smith Haskins.

She and her family had lived in Monon for three weeks, coming from Jacksonville, N.C.

She is survived by her father, Kenneth Haskins of Monon, and her mother, Erin Haskins of Jacksonville. N.C.; Two sisters Ashley Haskins and Megan Carmichael, both of Jacksonville, N.C. Paternal grandparents, Samuel and Donna Haskins also of Monon; Maternal grandparents, Brendan and Olive Smith of North Carolina; Paternal great-grandmother Fae Schnelle, of Wolcott.

Funeral services were Monday at the Jackson Funeral Chapel in Rensselaer with Pastor Bill Pitt officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rensselaer.
