Julia Phillips Haderle, 85, a former resident of R.2, Brookston (Badger Grove), died at 4:05 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, in Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Florida. She suffered a stroke.

She was born April 19, 1902, in White County and was a member of Badger Grove Community Baptist Church, Merry Workers Sunday school class and Missionary Society of the church.

She was married Sept. 14, 1924 in White County to Charles William Haderle, who died in 1945.

Surviving are a son, Robert Haderle of Bradenton; and three daughters, Mrs Herman Gordon (Caroline) Wright, West Lafayette; Mrs Dan (Joan) Luther, Jeffersonville and Mrs Mijo (Nancy) Vonic, Hudson Falls, N.Y.

Also surviving are 14 grand children, 21 great-grandchildren. One brother, 3 sisters preceded in death;

The funeral was Saturday, at 11 a.m. in Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston with the Rev Orland Gibbons officiating.  Interment was in IOOF Cemetery, Brookston.
