Lorine May Graves, 89, of Elkhart and formerly of Monon died Saturday, September 25, 2004, in Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart, IN.

She was born December 14, 1914 in Pulaski County, the daughter of Robert E. and Mary C. Kopka. She married Edward A. Graves on August 2l, 1938 in Monticello. He died December 28, 1978.

A homemaker, she was raised in Francesville and lived in Monon after her marriage. She moved to Elkhart in 1983.

She attended Milroy Bible Church.

She graduated from Francesville High School.

She is survived by two daughters, Sue (Don) Watson of Holly Springs, North Carolina and Linda (Elbert) Cummings of Elkhart; two sisters, Elna (Dean) Miller of Monon and Doris Rech, Urbandale, Iowa. She had six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. One brother is deceased

Graveside services were Tuesday, September 28 at Roseland Cemetery, Francesville with Rev. Les Bucher officiating.

Kellogg Funeral Home was in charge of services.
