Minnie R.  (Reynolds) Gipson, 93, formerly of Brookston, died July 24, in Sarasota, Florida. She was born June 8, 1898, in Reynolds, and had lived in Brookston most of her life. She was the daughter of Levi and Clara Burns, Reynolds.

She married March 4, 1915, to Manford Gipson, in Monticello. He died in 1950.

Surviving is one daughter, Mrs Bill (Lu1a Mae) Schoole, Sarasota, Florida. She had 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. One son preceded her in death.

The body was cremated in Florida and graveside inurnment service for family and friends will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Brookston, with Rev Loren Shuman officiating. Arrangements are by Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston.
