Nancy Marie Downey Fry, 45, of Royal Center, died Sunday, Feb. 10, at 5:45 p.m. at her residence.
She was born Jan. 14, 1957, to Homer and Alvina Weaver Downey, in Winamac. She was married May 21, 1977, to Terry L. Fry in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski. He survives.
She was a 1975 graduate of Pioneer High School.
She was first deputy in the Cass County Auditor's Office and a former Pioneer Grade School Aid.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Pulaski.
She was a member of the Cass County Republican Women's Club.
She liked to do needlepoint and enjoyed reading.
Other survivors include sons, Dustin Fry of Muncie and Neal Fry, at home; daughter, Nichole Fry; at home; sisters, Judy Hunt of Monticello, Mari1yn Boardman of Star City an4 Annette Shaffer of Burnettsville; brothers, Larry Downey of Burnettsville, Steve Downey of Monticello and David Downey of Idaville; and her mother Alvina Downey of Buffalo.
Her father and a sister are deceased.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8:30 p.m., at Harrison-Metzger Funeral Home, Royal Center, with rosary to begin at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski, with the Rev. Ronald J. Schiml officiating.
Final disposition will be private.
Memorials may be given to the Pulaski County Cancer Society.
