Leonard Lyle Fross, 69 of Indianapolis died January 14, 1999 in Indianapolis.

He was the son of Leonard and Inez Fross of the Zion Bethel area. He was a 1947 graduate of Buffalo High School

He served 20 years in the Air Force retiring in 1972 as a lieutenant colonel.  He was a materials handler for 18 years for C.H. Ellis Co. retiring in 1988. He was a member of Broad Ripple Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Murat Shrine.

He is survived by his wife Alice (France) Fross, two sozis, Jeffrey and Jack Fross and two sisters Mary Jo Baker and June Smith. One sister preceded him in death.

Funeral services were Tuesday, January 19 at the Flanner & Buchanan Broad Ripple Funeral Chapel with burial in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers.
