Alma M. Fowler
Alma M. Fowler, 86, of Monticello died Monday, October 31, 2005 at Monticello Healthcare Center.
She was born November 22, 1918, in Honey Creek Township, to Cecil and Laura Kellenburger Sickler. She married Clyde Bridge on December 25, 1938 at the Pike Creek Church of the brethren. He is deceased. She later married Vernon J. Fowler on September 29, 1984 at the Presbyterian Church in Monticello. He preceded her in death on August 11, 2002.
Survivors include daughters Rosalyn Hahn, Idaville, Judy Wagner, Findley, Ohio, Janet (Larry) Sellers, Thorntown and Marty (Randy) Duff, Delphi; a step-son, Vern James (Karen) Fowler, Jr., Brownsville, Pa.; a step-daughter, Linda (Craig) Graybill of Georgia; brothers Clyde Sickler, Monticello, Floyd (Norma Jean) Sickler, Idaville, Russell (Bethel) Sickler, Chalmers; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by sisters Agnes Newgent, Edna Gwen and Ruby Logan and brothers Clarence Sickler and Ross Sickler.
Funeral services were at the Miller-Roscka Funeral Home on Wednesday with Pastor Opal Reiff officiating.
Burial was in Bedford Cemetery, Monon.
