Sierra Danielle Ford, infant daughter of Gordon Douglas and Sharon Spencer Ford of Brookston was dead at birth at 9:11 p.m. Monday in Home Hospital,

The parents are the only immediate survivors.

Surviving are paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Gordon L. Ford, Brookston; paternal great-grandfather, Ralph E. Ford, Brookston; paternal great-grandmother, Mrs Margaret Cornelius, Bloomington; maternal grandmother, Mrs Nancy Spencer, Wolcott; maternal great-grandmothers, Mrs Jewell Beavers, Remington and Mrs Ermil Spurgeon, Linden.

Graveside service is today at 3:30 p.m. at IOOF Cemetery, Brookston, the Rev James Walter officiating. Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston, in charge of service.
