MARY M. FISH

Mary M. Fish, 71, Monticello, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette. She had been seriously ill in the hospital for three weeks and in poor health for more than three years.

She was born in Chalmers, June 3, 1917, to Raymond and Florence Shockey Snowberger.  Her first marriage, Feb. 29, 1936, was to Clarence C. Stonebraker, who died Sept. 18, 1971.  Her second marriage, Jan 6, 1974, was to Arlie Fish, who died Feb. 4, 1978.

She had lived in Monticello most of her life.  She was employed for several yearss by Essex Wire Co. at Flora.

She was a member of White Co. Council on Aging, Monticello Moose Lodge Auxiliary and Calvary New Testament Church at Monticello.

Surviving are two sons, Jim L. and Bill R. Stonebraker, both of Monticello; one stepson, James  E. Fish, Indianapolis; two stepdaughters, Mrs Vader Seabolt, Frankfort and Bela McLaughlin, Indianapolis; six brothers, Richard "Dick" Snowberger, R.2, Delphi, Harry E. and Howard "Gene" Snowberger, both of Monticello, Kenneth Snowberger, Chalmers, Robert "Ben" Snowberger, Toledo, Ohio and George Snowberger, Reynolds.

Also surviving are two sisters, Annabell Zarse, R.1, Reynolds and Marjorie Gardiner, Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.

Two sisters, three brothers and two great-great grandchildren are deceased.

The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Miller-Voorhis Funeral Home. Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Morning Heights Cemetery, Delphi.
